Dear Customer,

Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, this tour is temporarily out of operation. We hope to get this back up and running as soon as possible with the deadline being 1st April 2021.

We are however beginning the operation of some tours. On 3rd July 2020 the Belfast City Sightseeing Tour is back and from the 20th July 2020 our Giants Causeway Tour and Game of Thrones Tour will begin again. We look forward to seeing you all soon!

The Coiste Irish Political Tour has been for many visitors to The North of Ireland the highlight of their trip. This particular tour has attracted visitors to West Belfast in their thousands in recent times. Many of them have had the unsuspecting opportunity to meet leading figures involved in the current peace process and also those who were in prison as a result of the recent conflict.

Former activists and political ex-prisoners from within the Republican community host this 3-hour walking tour and provide the visitor with their insight into the most recent phase of the conflict. The guides weave their own personal stories into the tour as they visit many different sites that explain both the local and wider history of Ireland.

Our Falls Road tour runs every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday at 10:00 am.

If you have any specific queries about the itinerary just get in touch with our customer services team on +44 (0)28 9031 0101 and we will assist you in any way we can.

The tour starts at Divis Tower at the bottom of the Falls Road from the Coiste Mural and travels through a main arterial route of West Belfast, visiting The International Wall, the Republican Memorial gardens and many murals, each with their own particular story, some relating the conflict in other areas around the world. The tour finishes at Milltown Cemetery where three of the hunger strikers who died during the 1981 hunger strike are buried.

Tour departs from Divis Tower, 5 Divis St, Belfast BT13 2EA on:
