Mencap in Northern Ireland

We are delighted to be supporting a charity partners Mencap in Northern Ireland, who provide life changing services for thousands of local children and adults living with a learning disability. Board your luxury coach in Belfast City Centre to commence this fantastic day tour to Derry – The Walled City!

First stop will be The Diamond which is right in the heart of Derry city centre where you can commence the walk along Derrys famous walls and soak up the history that is all around you.
Enjoy discounted entry to The Siege Museum to find out all about the Siege of Derry of 1689 and The Apprentice Boys who helped bring it to an end.

Visit the many shopping outlets in the city centre or have a coffee, ice cream or sandwich at one of the cities wide choice of eateries.

Visit The Guildhall which is a major landmark in Derry and in Northern Ireland. This building has been at the centre of city life since the late 19th Century. Built by The Honourable Irish Society in 1890, the neo-Gothic style building dominates Guildhall Square, the city’s main square.

Visit St. Columb’s Cathedral that dates back to the 17th century and is among the oldest buildings in the city, containing many fascinating relics.

Travel into the Bogside area of Derry which was the location of Bloody Sunday and visit the Free Derry Museum to find out about what occurred on that tragic day, while also witnessing the many famous murals that surround this area.

Get your photo taken at Free Derry Corner and also at the Derry Girls Mural which is close by.

Whilst we have updated our Health and Safety Policy, Cleaning Procedures and a Customer Charter. In addition to this, Risk Assessments have also been carried out an updated for each procedure that we follow. An extensive clean of our premises has been completed and now we have been approved by the Northern Ireland Tourist Board as 'GOOD TO GO'.

So whichever tour of ours you decide to join, your safety and the safety of our colleagues is our top concern.

Temperature checks

As an extra procedure, Irish Tour Tickets will now be carrying out temperature checks on all passengers boarding our coaches. This is to ensure the spread of COVID 19 is lessened when taking our day trip. Please be ready for your temperature to be taken before boarding the bus.

If your temperature is above NHS guidelines, you will be denied entry onto the coach and advised to go home and self-isolate.

If this was to happen to you, your booking will be cancelled and refunded within company guidelines.
