Can I buy a ticket for later in the year?

Yes! We have introduced a ‘BUY NOW – TOUR LATER’ initiative with some fantastic ‘early bird’ discounts! This scheme will allow our customers an extended time of 12 months from date of purchase to activate their ticket and enjoy one of our tours.

To provide peace of mind during these uncertain times we have decided to waive cancellation fees for all tour bookings with a full refund for cancellations up to 48 hours before departure.

What is the difference between Irish Tour Tickets tours/products and 3rd party products?

City Sightseeing tours and tickets are those which have a hop-on-hop-off or panoramic bus/boat tour included. 3rd party tickets are those which are for specific attractions or day tours for example, Montparnasse Tower in Paris, where the products are not owned or operated by City Sightseeing. If you have a ticket booked for an attraction or you are not sure of your cancellation rights, please check your voucher first and then if you are still unsure, you can contact info@irishtourtickets.com

Can I still use my ticket despite COVID-19?

It depends on the tour and attraction. Currently, all tours and attractions are subject to change without prior notice. Opening and operating times may be affected. Please check the list above for an up-to-date list of all our cities affected or alternatively, you can check our website and the relevant tour page for the latest availability/updates.

I have requested a refund and am still waiting to be credited?

We are continually working on cancellation and refund requests. There may be a delay with the bank due to the high volume requested.

I still have more questions. Who should I contact?

You can contact our customer services team at info@irishtourtickets.com, but please keep in mind they are receiving a higher volume of emails due to COVID-19 and may take longer than usual in getting back to you.
